Let's get rid of my 20+ year old treated deck boards and replace with new composite decking! I'll also show you an awesome tool that will make the job much easier.

With the weather warming up I thought it was a great time to give a facelift to our outdoor sunroom/screened in porch. The decking boards in here are actually in decent shape but we want to upgrade to composite decking (Trex in my case). The main reason is to protect our feet from splinters but the second reason is to help hide the fasteners.
For this project I want to thank Kreg Tool for sponsoring the video and supplying me with their Deck Jig (https://amzn.to/2Slp61c) which makes this job that much easier. The deck jig allows you to install the deck screws at an angle from the sides of the boards so that when it's all done - you can't see any fasteners! The jig is very easy to use and I'd recommend checking it out if you have a project like this in your future.
