About the Role

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand grown from a YouTube channel in the tooling space, and our 3D print farm is where ideas turn into real products that ship to customers every day.

We’re looking for a Production Technician to join the team and work under our Print Farm Manager to keep the printers running, products assembled, and orders heading out the door. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes making things, solving small problems, and being part of a scrappy team that’s scaling fast.

If you enjoy working with your hands, don’t mind getting a little dusty, and like seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running and monitoring multiple 3D printers throughout the day

• Loading print jobs, removing parts, and handling basic post-processing (support removal, cleanup, etc.)

• Catching print issues early and flagging problems to the Print Farm Manager

• Assembling printed components into finished, ready-to-ship products

• Performing quality checks to make sure parts meet our standards

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment

• Keeping the print farm clean, organized, and running smoothly

• Helping track parts, materials, and production progress

• Pitching in wherever needed — this is a startup, and teamwork matters

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail (small mistakes add up in production)

• Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [50] lbs

• Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work

• Basic computer skills for tracking jobs and orders

Nice to Have (But We Can Teach You)

• Experience with 3D printing (especially FDM/FFF printers)

• Light manufacturing, assembly, or fulfillment experience

• Familiarity with plastics, tools, or post-processing work

• A general interest in making things or how products are built
